    Good company
    The good thingsEmployer are very nice and good. All the staff here are very good. Always upgrading and providing training for staff for better results. Never stop learning new things and got opportunity to explore in other country.
    The challengesAlways be alert, confident and solving problem occurs everyday in fast and correct way with excellent solutions to a problem. Have to meet the customer requirement in any circumstances.

    Life working in a dusty office
    The good thingsWorking here had expose me in the mining and quarrying field. Plenty to learn regarding the geological side, the marketing strategy in this industry and also lots of mechanical application in related machines. Been able to travel around the globe to observe mining industries around the world. A good chance to learn others culture as well. Lastly, they pay out a good bonus over here yearly as well.
    The challengesThe management over here were very typical 'Chinaman' company concept. Lots of internal political issue and some obvious favoritism from the management them self. Doesn't really give out good benefits to the staff. A very dusty and dirty environment to work at. This company should have dput more effort in taking care of their employee's heart. A very bad traveling allowance scheme.

    The good thingsIt is a very established company to work in. Most the staff are loyal and long service in the company. Teamwork is the key of the working culture. The management is very supportive and willing to listen and consider to improve the working environment and enhance the good practice of working culture.
    The challengesThe management should be more aggressive in taking business opportunities and create more challenges for the employees.
