    A good place to work & a very transparency management
    The good thingsTransparency (From all level) - In this company management doesn't implementing hierarchy which they implementing the best asset towards company is always a staff. A lot of staff benefits (Medical, Staff Purchased and Bonus) A good management ( We have a lot of channel to share what we feel or we want as staff)

    The good thingsUpdates every morning before the shift. Supportive and friendly colleagues, who always advise us on the minor errors at work. Extremely supportive seniors and management who is always helpful in all kind of situation. Management makes a fair decision on their downlines.
    The challengesPeak period when customers are requesting for the same issue. When virtual office (online site to place order) is down, the customer had to call the customer care agent to manual make the orders.

    The challengesToo many underlying management matters that were ignored by higher management. Poor management team causes lack of growth and slow increment opportunities. Unstructured organization terms and rules which leads to multiple discord among employees and employer.
