A love for teaching helps kids shine bright, With care in our hearts, we share the light. That’s what Young Writers taught me right.
The good thingsWorking at Young Writers feels like being part of a big family. The boss treats us like his own children — not only focusing on our growth, but also genuinely caring about our well-being. The team dynamic is incredibly harmonious, with no office politics at all. Every colleague is responsible and supportive, which makes me love this working environment even more.
The challengesThe biggest challenge in this job is maintaining a consistent sense of responsibility. Because what we’re dealing with is not just a job — it’s a long-term commitment to each child’s growth and development. To truly fulfill the role of a teacher, one must have PATTIENCE, a PASSION for education, and a GENIUS CARE for every student.

The work environment is healthy, and you can truly make a difference in students' lives, I'd say it is a highly rewarding job, and it guarantees your personal growth too.
The good thingsThe management always encourages employees positively and never criticizes them harshly. Experienced mentors providing training, allowing employees to learn preparing a lesson in a systematical method. Colleagues are helpful and friendly, creating a healthy work environment. High salaries are attainable as long as you demonstrate capability.
The challengesWorkload is heavy, requiring strong time management and stress management skills. As the courses are online, it’s necessary to find various ways to capture students' attention and stay up-to-date with current trends to understand their preferences (the company shares effective methods to help with this).
