    The challengesThe niche focus on plastic foam manufacturing may limit opportunities to apply skills outside this specific field, but it is not a big issue.

    The good thingsLearn so much QMS , EMS IATF 16949 ,ISO14001 and have a good colleagues there. Have a mentor and a boss that really take care of their staff.
    The challengesTo much audit happen here. customer audit, system audit , goverment audit. but this activity is so fun and challenging because its improve our process and skill to develop more towards positive way.
