    The company is bad to work with
    The good thingsThe boss and colleague is good but the salary package is not too good. Advise to just get experience then hop to other company.
    The challengesThere are not much challenges as the company is not willing to adapt new innovative changes, they tend to stick to old and traditional style and do not crave for changes. All old people tends to holds power and young people will not have a chance to progress further.

    The challenges- No proper standards apply to each division in terms of benefits, promotions, not transparency or professional in handling certain situations. - Lack of sympathetic to handle employees welfare especially in this pandemic situations. No Proper arrangements for employees to support remotely if can, while not jeopardize daily tasks as some may taking risks everyday to work.

    A very challenging working environment and with a great teamwork to work with
    The good thingsWorking with highly motivated peers to complete any breakdown job. Teammates are always willing the assist in any issue even though it is not their jobscope. The plant ownership is very well inculcate to all the teammates
    The challengesThe plant already 35 years in operation & is consider having breakdown daily. Need to be 24hrs in standby and always ready to attend any issue arise.

    The challenges- Usually team size is small and no backup for each position. - Unclear roles and responsibilities. - Politic and biased environment. - Poor management in decisions making. - Lack of recognition and appreciation. - No annual dinner as it only for certain divisions or team.

    It was great experience during my internship as it exposed me to real life working environment compared to the theory that I have learnt in class.
    The good thingsDuring the 2 month period of internship, all the staff are willing to teach me whenever I ask them if I got any confusion regarding the task given.
    The challengesThis company such a big gigantic for me who not familiar with industries. 2 month doing the industrial training at this company is not enough to learn all the process and about the company problem faces. However, it was a great experience to a part of team.

    Interesting but challenging
    The good thingsGood exposure on all types of heavy machinery with complicated parts and system coordination. Opportunity to participate in plant shut down enable us to get clear view on mechanical parts. Most preciously is sharing of experience and guidance by senior engineers which are beneficial to inexperience fresh graduate.
    The challengesThis industry is often related to 3D which namely Dangerous, Difficult and Dusty. As an engineer, it require regular inspection, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance plan to minimize disastrous break down from happening. Engineers are also require to be on call when necessary.

    The good thingsGood starting Salary.
    The challengesThe company management style is poor and biased. Politics in the company is extreme and racial based. No clear merit standard to raise one's position. No standard training provided for fresh entry graduates, learning curve is high for those graduates that are not directly related to the field. No standard payroll between departments, certain departments will have higher pay than subsidiaries, but subsidiaries usually has higher workload. During economy downturn, if the division earns high profit but other division suffers, bonus will still be paid in minimal amount.

    The good thingsI was reported to Project director who gave a lots of opportunity to me and willing to share experience with me.
    The challengesNeed to work at site whereby risk to accident as it was at heavy industry manufacturing plant and need to interact with very senior management at different plant located in Kuantan, pasir gudang, Kuala kangsar and west port. Technical skill need to be strong to explain our project to respective plant in order to implement improvement projects at their plant.
