Multitasking Administrator Building your confidence and how to manage your task accordingly. Good pay and bosses are kind plus responsible. But role is way multitask and wishing that employer would see more instead putting high expectations on other staffs instead seeing an admin as a low role. This single role at site will lead to burn outs when taking up too many tasks without consider adding an assistant.

The good thingsThe good things to be working here because having a friendly and teamwork environment among staff. Besides its good for fresh graduate who want to start their carreer.
The challengesThe challenges working for this company is not easy to coordinate with sub-contractor who doing the installation work because sometime the sub-contractor didn't follow our orders. So we have to be very strict on our decisions and orders
