    The challenges- need to do 2 job with single position & single salary because company want to cut budget - all bosses too demand - bosses willing to spend million ringgit for their needs but cut bonuses / incentive for staffs

    A good place to learn and enhance skill and knowledge
    The good thingsChef willing to teach and share about their experience. Good to communicate and talk about generals to enhance knowlege . Every single food ingredient must be fresh and good condition. Food does not contain any MSG all are natural flavor and taste from the food its self.

    The good thingsWell, I like the working environment as the boss and the HR played a major role as they kept on updating my university on my attitudes and the manager was really a good guy as he was guiding me on how to overcome electrical issued.
    The challengesI would like that, there will be no more for improvement and but they could get more experience sub-con so that work progress will be inclined. Furthermore, more efficient sub-con contributes to lesser defect.

    The good thingslearn everything about construction starting from drawing to inspection and also testing & commissioning. besides that, i learn how to communicate with others like consultants, sub contractors and workers . They also teach me how to manage the RFI for an inspections. I had gained a lot of knowledge while internship at WCT.
    The challengesWorking on construction site have a lot of pressure but communication are most important thing. Competing with structure & architecture department are also give a challenging problems due to complete the task before the due date. While inspection, there are also problem on rooting of trunking and leakage water of pump.

    Working hours are based on retail/mall hours, and on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
    The good thingsAble to provide good positivity vibes for customers and colleagues. Must be good in simple mathematics/calculation for stock check and customer payment. Must be willing to learn and know how to inspect and analyze customer's issue and treat all with respect. Learn basic administration of an outlet i.e. stock count, cash, paper for print, etc. Keep counter clean always.
    The challengesTravelling to other branches/outlets for support. Always must hit sales target monthly in order to gain commission. Must be willing to sacrifice weekends for work over family. Must learn how to open and close own store/kiosk and every morning report in group time open. Must always know that lateness is an issue. Willing to get scolding from supervisor and accept when mistakes are done.

    The good thingsThe company is good in managing their employees but some shortcomings are always inevitable. They are good in ensuring career advancement for their employees. I appreciate their willingness in doing that. They offer good working environment. But their bonus is not that much. The different races of employees mingle like there are no boundaries and difference at all.
    The challengesGetting promoted is challenging. Due to competitive place for the career ladder. This company is abundant of employees. So, the best would be promoted. Secondly, commuting to the workplace is a hard time. With all the jams and cars on the road, you need to wake up early or you will end up late coming to office. Otherwise, use LRT!

From Power Plant, to construction, hotel, and construction and etc. Got a good and experience manager in the department.
