    Great experience
    The good thingsThe working hour are very flexible. We working like a family eventhough we are different race. Bonuses are given 2 times per year. Every year we have company trip. All sponsored by company. Boss never interrupt their staff to pray. Increament every year.. Average 5-10% per year. No bias in race. Every year they will send each staff for external training. This is to improve staff's skill.
    The challengesWe need to do extra work. Like a plan for family day, trip, company dinner, to improve skill.
