    Digital Marketing Manager

Opportunities for growth are abundant — the question is, are you ready?
The good thingsI’ve been with the company for 6 years, and throughout this journey, I’ve been given plenty of opportunities to explore different roles and expand my knowledge. From starting out as a nobody, I’ve grown into someone with skills in content creation, digital marketing, data analysis, and more. The company also provides continuous training, such as leadership development, digital marketing, and AI applications, to ensure we stay up to date with the latest trends. What I really appreciate is that the management team is approachable, friendly, and down-to-earth — there’s no arrogance at all, which makes the working environment positive and encouraging.
The challengesWith opportunities also comes workload. It’s important to work smarter — by improving efficiency, managing time better, and setting clear priorities.

The good thingsA good learning platform
The challengesManager lack of coaching and communication skills. NON- SMART kpi/pms, but they thought is SMART. No work life balance, not encourage if you put family first. Here must be WORK first.

Ambitious Firm for the ambitious people
The good thingsThe firm is very ambitious and wants only ambitious people, not for the ordinary people. There are many ad hoc matters coming all around here and there. You must be ready for challenges all the time.
The challengesAlways peak period, no proper guidance given and need to adapt quickly as things goes on. Increment is not much for mid-senior position.
