    Less than 1 year in the role
    doing job receptionist, admin, account make all payment, issue cheque, record leave staff, doing cleaner job
    The good thingsfor me doesn't have any good thing
    The challenges1 finance manager handle 3 position Account, Admin and HR, which is don't have experience knowledge in handle HR and admin matter (not professional)

    The good thingstrain the people to be more independent because no one really can help you when you face difficulties
    The challengesWorkloads a lot, not only internal production have to cover but also need to in charge external samples for lab testing. but company don't have very good system to control, even things a lot, there are a lot of things still by quite manual way to do it. Analyst unable to do concentrate when some times a lot samples come in. Most challenge part is the job is 3 yrs contract .
