    Toxic culture. Strong politics and selfish colleagues. No one seems to help you and you have to solve everything by your own even you're just a new joiner, people there expect you're born genius.

    BEST ENVIRONMENT!
    The good thingsThe work does not load much and the environment is quite comfortable for everyone that really wants to gain experience in e-commerce industry. You can learn on how e-commerce handles the online orders and demands from various customers.
    The challengesI do enjoy working here. It just that we need to prepare physically and mentally for peak season/sales such as 11/11, Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) and 12/12. They are big events, which we need to push for 24 hours operation.

    The good thingsSpecialised in the area that is within your pay grade. The line manager is willing to allow you to grow further than your forte of work and have great communication with the subordinate and constantly acknowledges your work!
    The challengesSometimes you have people who loves politics, however this is not an issue anymore as long as remain positive as well as continuously excelling in your job and ending up the person leaving and you remain in such a great company!

    The challengesHigh pressure and working with selfish manager proven this is not a good place to work. You are lucky if people will help you, but most of the time you are left to watch your own back. People are divided and are not willing to work together. Bare minimum benefit given despite huge amount of work and commitment required.

    The good thingsGood colleague, they improved office environment and facilities. They improved the HR policy on 2018 with 3 months maternity leave and many more. Stayed for 3years, got promoted.
    The challengesSometimes need to work during weekend/public holidays to cover your colleague or unfinished work. But they'll replace it with day in lieu.

    The good thingsThe good things that i have been here is i were able to learn a new things (Kaizen, 5S), gain new experiences, feel the new situation in warehouse. I got a lot knowledge. Very helpful to improve my skills, my ability to work. exchange my knowledge with the real working situations.
    The challengesI were face the challenges through communications among foreign workers, working hours until late night, and unstable forecast order.

    The good thingsI love the working environment they practice here; casual, treat others fairly and Zalora literally appreciates their workers by having a worker shopping spree, discount offers, and ticket to the event which they are sponsor.

    The good thingsBenefits.... the way they provide things like foods every week and especially on special events and festives! The colleague here are too quite... even the trainees here push us to learn things on ourselves... they tend to teach us to not ask around.... and if we ask them any doubt they will question us back.... this need to be improved... it’s better to ask rather thn keeping quite and making mistakes
