    Good start for fresh grad
    The good thingsThe people are okay, easy, and fun to work with. All young people, so don't have a generation gap crisis. Sometimes get a free meal. Fun outdoor activities organized by management.
    The challengesIf the boss favors you then you get the all opportunities. Just basic benefits. Must come early for parking and have to pay. The salary is average to low. No work from home like other IT companies. Sometimes have to work late and on weekends.
