The good thingsLearn how the Soy Sauce company works. Good environment to work. Many experienced can be collected. Lab were nice and have many machinery that helps to control quality of products. Manager are very friendly.
The challengesNeed to ensure BOD satisfaction while develop product. Safety regulation need to be follow every time.
