    Work Life Balance for Office Staff
    The good thingsManagement is not strict, there is no punch card, so its staff responsibility to be punctual. Boss is open for discussion, tolerant and reasonable person.
    The challengesWorkload is quite a challenge since its not a big corporate company. But staff works as a team and can help each other

    its a company worth to stay, work, learn and grow !!
    The good things1) the working environment is good 2) the colleagues are all nice and helpful 3) nice working with an understanding, patient & ambitious employer.
    The challengesactually all challenges are under expectation. nothing more to clarify.
