    Interesting introduction of work culture
    The good thingsAs an intern, my senior colleagues do not mind showing and teaching me the tasks. Intern is treated with respect and care. When I did mistakes, the senior staff professionally correcting it. They do not push you to work, mostly they encourage you to learn as much as possible with the tasks given because they do aware our title as an intern. Mostly my tasks involve deadline, which I have no issue with.
    The challengesThe opening for full time staff is hardly available. It is advisable not to have high hopes to transition from an intern to a full time staff. Intern may need to borrow night shift table as they do not have specific workstation for an intern. The team assigned to me was nice and friendly, but not everyone in the office has the same personality. It can get boring sometimes due to my sitting place is far from my team.

    The good thingsThe company benefit is good. Colleague and peer are willing to help when you are facing difficulties. Gain a lot of knowledge in the technical field.
    The challengesA dictator that create a negative working environment, the concern was not heard. Ruling the company by negative energy. The high expectation with minimal training, no proper arrangement for training. Poor headcount planning and not allowed to take annual leave when there is only one person is out of office. Lastly, there is no career development in this department.

    An excellent platform to learn.
    The good thingsFriendly and approachable managers which are willing to help and teach you. Besides that, it has a great environment to work in which is surrounded by friendly people. The importance and encouragement towards learning something new is extraordinary in Zebra Technologies. They also provide soft skills training for the interns and also the fresh graduates in order to enhance their soft skills which will be very much beneficial during their working phase in Zebra Technologies and also in the future.
    The challengesIt is a great platform to learn. However, self leaning is very much encouraged and appreciated in this company. Besides that, employees are required to complete the tasks given withing a short time of period. On the other hand, Zebra Technologies is company which just started in Penang a few years back and is rapidly growing, Therefore, changes occur very often and your required to adapt to the new environment/situation/circumstances quickly.

    The good thingsFriendly working environment and flexible working hours with multiple benefits. This company offers great knowledge enhancer as it offers on the job training as well as other sponsored training ranging from leadership, entrepreneurship, communication and information technology. Besides that, this company encourage vacation leave where it offers awesome travel package.
    The challengesImprove on new product training (training session and material) as some of the product launched without proper introduction and training and it make it challenging to support and explain to customer. Not sufficient relaxation and activities area.
