    Great place but low salary, very few increment
    The good thingsMeal allowance, accomodation (electricity to pay), free water supply, work is in order, they are following ISO very well. Have SOP for every work done which is very good and make it easy.
    The challengesLow salary, but lots of ad hoc job, unfairness regarding the increment, and salary offered is different despite being both degree graduates, they tend to hired family members as well, and lots of old people working there.
