    The challengesLow incrmeent. Low basic salary. Boss don't care. Make you ashamed if customer complaint about you without further investigating who is the faulting. No sense of considerate of staff workload, safety and emotions as long as customer are happy.

    The good thingsOffice is spacious & modern. colleague is ok. salary is ok but nothing to shout about.

    Flexible and Modern Working Place
    The good thingsFlexible time. Working independently and arrange own timetable. Collagues friendly. Modern working place with equipments.
    The challengesThe top management only syok sendiri and only cares about their customer feelings but not the employees feeling. Increment is very low. The feedbacks given to management all are useless and they never listen. After all, they only care about the product branding but not the employee feeling. Customers are not really easy to handle because they are mostly small optical shop boses which are bossy mind and greedy for even a small lens wipe and not tolerable.

    The good thingsGood training, great international exposure, good internal support, excellent place for self-development, good incentices and great opportunity for travel. Excellent place for being independent and less micromanaging environment.
    The challengesMore vertical career growth than horizontal growth. Lack of room for inter business unit transfer or cross country expertise changes. HR and IT support is relatively minimum and need continuous follow-up.
