    The good thingsZen fosters a fantastic company culture that promotes inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation. From day one, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The management team is approachable, receptive to feedback, and genuinely care about employee growth.
    The challengesWhile there were occasional busy periods that required extra hours, these were exceptions rather than the rule.

    A great place to learn so many things!
    The good thingsIf you are a passionate about latest technology and keen to learn, this the place to be. You will never believed with the short period of time you get to know from the fundamental of the IT industry to the latest technology. They have a very supportive colleague who will made you are not alone in delivering your task and assignment. Always encourage a proactive environment and a very good start for fresh graduate who wanted to join the IT industry.
    The challengesSo many exciting work with very limited of time. You need to be always ready when your colleague are no longer with the team. The turnover here is quite high. Should have more understanding towards the project capacity with resources the company have. Appreciation towards staff could be improved.

Ignore the office politics, be kind and considerate, inform your seniors if you are unable to cope and need guidance, the pressure will turn you into one helluva good employee regardless of the department/sow

    The good thingsMany involvement in project implementation and migration covering government sector, banking, oil & gas, education and etc. Working here you will gain more experience and knowledge about project and migration related. Good place to learn about various product from virtualization, Backup and Disaster Recovery as well as Microsoft product. Good relationship among colleague and management.
    The challengesWorking here you must be someone who can working independence as well as in team and you must be a fast learner person. Working culture and workload can be very stress for a new engineer because too many project to handle by yourself. Work/life balance only can be achieve if you on management team. Must be prepare to working around the clock, weekend and public holidays.
