    For someone ambitious who has 0 working experience and looking for big challenges.
    The good thingsOpportunity to learn how a fast-moving food manufacturing company functions, time management, problem solving in a tight timeframe, how different systems work in junction from producing to warehouse to retail, organize workflows that smoothen the business, learn to thrive in a progressively modernized working environment.
    The challengesEmployees generally un-align / disagree with the company's future directions, causing immense difficulty in modernizing the business, Every work requires employees from other non-related departments to perform. Office employees do not possess basic Excel/ Word/ PPT knowledge, every new workflow is another world to them, even thought the minimum job requirement is basic Excel. The goal given to you would change quite often. There is no deadline for progressing the systems. Management prevents company leader(s) from knowing sales/ purchase losses. Employees would rather a mountain of data entry labor work for easy salary than everything being digital and in this way they undermine the company. HR would deduct your salary after proper resignation notice and you would have to fight for it.

    The good things- Good team member and nice leader - Able to propose the new idea to leader and is being listened - Can improve critical thinking, problem solving skill, communication skill and time management skill
    The challenges- Workload might be heavy as lack of manpower

    Learn a lot of things by own
    The good thingsMy supervisor is a nice person. She gave us freedom on what we wanted to develop (food product development project) during my industrial training period. Besides food product development, we were also provided chance to involve ourselves in ohther area such as bringing the tourists around the organic park. This enhances my knowledge on plantation and also improve my public speaking skil.
    The challengesThe management was not arranged yet. Hence, the tasks given for all workers are not specific.
