Zhao Xi TCM’s interview process felt disorganized and showed no respect for candidates’ time. The good thingsThere is nothing good i can say about this company.
The challengesI recently interviewed with Zhao Xi TCM and the experience left me questioning the company’s professionalism.
HR first reached out via WhatsApp to arrange the interview. For a senior management role, I expected a more formal approach. When I asked who would be interviewing me, the reply was simply “Your direct superior”—no name, no designation.
On the day itself, I arrived early but waited 35 minutes past my scheduled time. Eventually, someone I hadn’t been told about came in and explained that the actual hiring manager was overseas. She then rushed through a 15-minute chat while flipping through my résumé for the first time.
The whole process felt disorganized and dismissive of candidates’ time. For me, this reinforced an important point: the way a company handles its interviews reflects how it operates internally. Clear communication and respect aren’t optional—they’re the foundation of building trust with future employees.
