If your background is in civil engineering, and want to be involved in site progress meetings with clients, main contractor and consultants which will help you alot in your career progression, this company won't be suitable for you. Your management skills will be very limited if you work with this company. If you're a site supervisor, this company will be very suitable for you as this company is hands-on and only cares about work on site without realizing the importance of proper paperwork.
The good thingsThe staffs are approachable when you don't understand the work you're doing
The challengesLong hours almost every day if you're working as a site engineer/supervisor as you will need to wait for the workers to finish the work at site before you can go back home without any worries
