    The good thingsDuring the pandemic, the company is paying salary, even though it is always late
    The challengesgood staff were leaving, unable to employ staff with equivalent capability and most of the new staff also would resign after joining for a short duration. Company should pay the staff salary according to local laws.

    The challengesLanguage will be the most difficult part, but would be a piece of cake for native mandarin speaker. Sometimes might need to handle last-minutes work, but still able to handle.
