    Don't expect too much
    The good thingsHandful staffs are helpful and nice.
    The challengesEmployed with a position but need to do almost everything, long working hour if you work at construction site without OT payment. Working with China colleague would be challenging. Not having a professional management is a drawback too.

    The good thingsThe welcoming staff, ability to improve your skills, the company puts trust in each hire, self motivation is very important as every person must be able to fulfill each role independently and freedom, welfare of staff is very well taken care of.
    The challengesThe communication barriers is tough due to a mix of social and work cultures, however is very manageable.
