    Nice place to start but poor management
    The good thingsSuitable for fresh graduates to learn and explore many equipment and skills. I have learned many things from nothing to become who i am today. Have known alot of friends and good colleagues relationship.
    The challengesEvery communication is preferably in verbally to work fast, need to work in fast pace and stressful environment, management only trust high level staffs, low paid.
