    The good thingsThe job scope was good and had opportunity to learn and develop new skills. I learned how the records management industry works and met many people (customers)from different sectors. This is the place for you to grow strong, emotionally and mentally.
    The challengesThe working environment can be improved and the leadership quality can be more inclined towards professionalism. The management need to listen to what the staffs are saying rather than just hearing it out from the leaders of the department.

    The good thingsRecall has a very good learning base for almost every job role. One of the best company for a fresh grad to learn the ways of the corporate world. Recall invests a lot in training and its one of the organizations who will promote internally. you also do have the options to grow not only vertically but horizontally in the group. i believe the management place a lot of trust in young managers.
    The challengesas the organization grows, with new management, they tend to forget about the success of people power. generally low salary compared to the industry.
