It was a great program !The good thingsI managed to learn from the experts, on how to be an outstanding person in terms of grooming and characters . Moreover, I also managed to be exposed to the tricks and trade of job interview, through mock job interviews . Soft skills training, was a great way to enhance my ledership and organizational skills
The challengesI personally thought that this program can bring a positive influence on the graduate's live, if at the end of the progarm, they can invite recruiters from other companies to conduct their job interview session, on the spot . This will give some hope to the participants of getting employed .
