    The good thingsDidnt seen a good management and proper way for guidance.
    The challengesManagement didn't give a proper training and patient to new employee. They didn't honest what they said and agree to new employee. Without a proper training but do expectation new employee can work as professional in a week.

    The challengesWorkers were instructed to complete the stock within a few days and the company (Marang Branch) had no male employees causing difficulties in transporting the goods.
