The good thingsnice environment with colleague. they are friendly in helping each other. huge room for career growth since everything have to do on your own. able to learn how pharmaceutical company works.
The challengesoverdue epf (1 year + overdue). micro management in managerial level. need to understand company financial issue hence lateness in paycheck. no benefit.
