In addition to RM500 annual health checkup, RM400 annual dental checkup, RM400 annual optometry checkup.
But the bad side weighted the good ones out.
The challengesDue to bad project management skills, technical staff barely had any work-life balance, sometimes even work past midnights. Technical staffs also required to work on weekends & public holidays. OT claims which the technical staffs are eligible to claim, went unapproved. Cheapskate employer reluctant to pay employees for giving out the extra work hours, just so that more money goes right into their (employer & upper management levels) own pockets.
