    I wont suggest people to continue career here, you will suffer. They will never acknowledge what good things you have done.

    The challengesWork Life Balance , HR, Management, Low Salary, Benefits, How Management treat staff. HR is useless, worst than Management, never siding Staff.

    The challengessuperior hire employee and does not provide work to the employee. force employee to show result even there is no task give and being micromanage by superior. HR not so helpful & no clear guideline where to view the policies

    The good thingsNone, the only good thing is contractual bonus but the amount of annual percentage yearly and increment is the lowest in any company hstory
