    I have a very fun experience working there. Boss is a nice and experience, willing to guide directly to every employee. The team is very strong at teamwork, you wont be left behind. They are not only colleagues and company but families

    We are not working alone over here, ZW is a very good team work and supports by management
    The good thingsTeam Work, Work as big families and to supports each others, Management always involve and solve the problems or provide solution, Management always do the improvement to enhance on skill workers and machinery. Software improvement
    The challengesCustomer's practice on 24 hours supports, office staff and operators are work in 1 shift so they need well planning and concentrate on their jobs on stocks planning, follow up and monitor closely, no dragging job or pending customer's Purchase Order, good attendance and concentrations, that will reduced their stress on customer's supports. if for those, dragging or delay jobs that will impact them unable to fulfill customer's requirement and stress will automatically impact.

    The way that the managers treat us
    The good thingsalthough some workers from this company are little aggressive but it doesn't apply to everyone in this company, in fact the way we treat them might make them change into someone that's better than before and being able to handle any type of environment and situation. On the other hand we actually learnt how to handle and fulfill the MNC requirement from our manager
    The challengesin my opinion this company is the best that I have ever worked for, i am not being buyers against them but they actually do have the best managers and leaders to lead us they, which makes them to have lesser things to improve on

    clean environment and organised management
    The good thingsthe environment here are really clean and their management are very organised, you get qualified as a good worker if you do your own work properly and nice not staying late and we does double jobs because we are done with our own work or else we think that ability to finish our work and do more unlike the losers saying that it is the company fault for the worker to multi task because they can't do their own job properly and doesn't have that ability to finish it before due date and then blame to the company and say that it is their fault

    The facilities here are just perfect
    The good thingsunlike other company ZW's toilet and environments are just clean like really clean the workers here knows what is 6R's and they are doing it as their everyday job and they never complains about it
    The challengessometimes things are just being natural like the drain are smelly and dirty but the managers still wants volunteering to go clean it up by themselves

    The good thingsI have been working in this company for about 3 years since before, they leaders would go down to the production and actually teach them how to make something and being an actual great leader and helps the newbie out instead of scolding them and the workers there are willing to learn
    The challengessometimes if the workers are being too over you still have to be a bit aggressive to them don't always give them chances

    This company give opportunity for employees provide their own ideas / startegybut management will involve once the idea or strategy fail.
    The good thingsManagement always set the higher target for employees and investment and objective of management always improved, only the employees are well perform or not is depending on employees themselves and some cannot accept the improvement of management will give up. But this company have many things to, learn and non stop improvement is Strength Of Management.
    The challengesThe people really can work in stress, self motivation, procedure oriented, team work and allow improvements . No aggressive and team work oriented people is not suitable to work here. Company very fast for this company, every year have company objective and future plan to hit.
