    GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING AT MAA
The good thingsALL TASKS AND PROJECTS HAS THEIR OWN TEAM. THUS, WE CAN BE MORE FOCUS TO PERFORM AND DELIVER THE BEST. HERE WE HAVE A LOT OF SENIORS AND EXPERIENCED INDIVIDUAL WHICH CAN GUIDE US IN DOING WORKS.
The challengesBIG COMPANY HAS INDIVIDUAL DIVISION TO PERFORM TASK. ALTHOUGH WORK AS A TEAM, WE STILL HAVE TO FOCUS ON OUR OWN PROJECT. LESS CHANCE TO BE INVLOVED IN ALL PROJECTS OF THE COMPANY OTHERWISE WE HAVE TO MINGLE AROUND ANOTHER TEAM ASK THEM TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE ABOUT THEIR PROJECTS.

    Good technical exposure to graduates.
The good thingsMinimal working pressure with good office environment. The salary is good plus yearly bonus given. Overtime is paid beyond average. Good training for technical drawings and constructions which is a good sign for graduates whom are preparing to further their LAM Part 2 certificate.
The challengesNot much role is given to LAM Part 1 graduates which is not very much exposure in terms of management and handling with local authorities and meetings. Competition is large since it is a big company. No internet access during work so some research could not be made on cue.
