SCOPE OF SERVICES:
- To monitor meter reading and billing department to ensure smooth-running function.
- To provide customer service in ensuring prompt & accurate meter reading, to rectify customer complaints and act accordingly.
- To compile and monitor monthly regional performance, to analyse and investigate any unusual sales figure.
- To generate monthly report such as energy sales report, average age of debtors, no.
of customers report & service notification reports.
- To monitor and process CD refund.
- Clearance of Final Accounts with Debit Balances.
- Clearance of Final Accounts with Credit Balances.
- Other Recovery Actions.
THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):
- To analyze and come up with an action plan on the most appropriate way to recover the long outstanding from FAD accounts.
- To analyze MR reports and strategize on how to improve actual read percentage.
- To monitor and analyze MT66 report to identify the common cause.
- To monitor sales report by tariff to identify wrong billing.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):
- Degree in Business Management, Accountancy or equivalent.
- Able to communicate with subordinates and customers.
- Able to work as a team and solve problems together.
- Good knowledge in SAP system.
- Fast learner and have the initiative to improve on job functions.
- Understand Electricity Ordinance, relevant laws and legislation, Company’s PPG and SOP.
