SCOPE OF SERVICES:

  • To monitor meter reading and billing department to ensure smooth-running function.
  • To provide customer service in ensuring prompt & accurate meter reading, to rectify customer complaints and act accordingly.
  • To compile and monitor monthly regional performance, to analyse and investigate any unusual sales figure.
  • To generate monthly report such as energy sales report, average age of debtors, no.

of customers report & service notification reports.

  • To monitor and process CD refund.
  • Clearance of Final Accounts with Debit Balances.
  • Clearance of Final Accounts with Credit Balances.
  • Other Recovery Actions.


THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

  • To analyze and come up with an action plan on the most appropriate way to recover the long outstanding from FAD accounts.
  • To analyze MR reports and strategize on how to improve actual read percentage.
  • To monitor and analyze MT66 report to identify the common cause.
  • To monitor sales report by tariff to identify wrong billing.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

  • Degree in Business Management, Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate with subordinates and customers.
  • Able to work as a team and solve problems together.
  • Good knowledge in SAP system.
  • Fast learner and have the initiative to improve on job functions.
  • Understand Electricity Ordinance, relevant laws and legislation, Company’s PPG and SOP.
