Customer Service Representatives

Responsibility

  • Being the voice of our players within our fast-growing PC and mobile gaming studio
  • Working creatively across multiple projects and platforms at the same time
  • Staying on track with game updates, implementing procedures to support players about upcoming topics when needed
  • Your day-to-day work consists of communicating with players and solving their
  • problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding game details, and providing excellent customer service.
  • You will also deliver player feedback and bugs reported by players to our game teams and support them to provide solutions.
  • You will work closely with our internal teams to stay up to date on new and upcoming features.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to take responsibility and thrive in an autonomous working environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the gaming industry. (Or less experience but a good attitude and motivation to learn.
  • University Degree in a relevant field (such as communications, or marketing)
  • Customer support and/or community management experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt your new knowledge and skills into your work.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems like Zendesk and Helpshift.
