Accounting Supervisor 会计师

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Preparing and analysing financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents to provide accurate and timely information to management
• Reconciling bank accounts and other general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the integrity of financial data
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of accounting policies and procedures
• Providing mentorship and training to junior accounting staff, as required
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and ERP systems, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to interact with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
