Head of Marketing
Position Summary
The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen the brand, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's global and regional business objectives while catering to the Malaysian market.
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and oversee national marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and resonate with local customers
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver high-impact advertising across traditional and digital platforms.
Digital Marketing & Innovation
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and engagement to build a strong online presence.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize digital marketing initiatives.
Product Innovation
- Collaborate with the menu development team to introduce new products tailored to local tastes and preferences.
- Promote limited-time offers and core menu items to drive customer interest and sales.
- Customer Experience & Engagement:
- Develop customer-centric marketing strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with customers through targeted loyalty programs and personalized campaigns.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve their best performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and regional/global marketing teams, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage external vendors, partners, and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Budget Management
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing expenditures and strategies.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the QSR, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Proven success in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
- Experience in the Malaysian market and understanding of local consumer behavior.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
