Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible to manage all F&B outlets, bars, and day-to-day operations within authorized guidelines and to Company established standards.
  • Managers all F&B dining and bar outlets.
  • Responsible to propose menus, F&B service-related purchases and continuously make necessary improvements.
  • Responsible to create and enforce restaurant/bar policies, targets, and KPIs.
  • Responsible to maintain positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and respond to customer needs.
  • Responsible to establish targets, KPI’s, duty rosters, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible to comply with all food, beverage, health, and safety regulations
  • Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering supplies for the restaurant, as well as beverages for the bar.
  • Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.
  • Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage service & bar staff.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends.

 

Requirements:-

  • A certificate, diploma, or degree in Food & Beverage Management / Bar Management is a prerequisite.
  • 8 years of experience in the hospitality/food & beverage/bar industry, emphasizing in F&B operations and bar management.
  • Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
