Bad management, no career growth, no benefit, worst experience!
The good thingsSurrounded by good colleague from other department.
The challengesIt is very challenging to work in my department. They expect you to work faster but do not provide proper guidance or instructions. Some seniors take advantage of their “seniority”. Staff are expected to work extra hours with low pay and little to no benefits. Staff are also expected to be available and reply 24/7, resulting in poor work-life balance. The workplace is full of office politics and lacks professionalism.
