Finance Executive / Assistant (BENTONG,Pahang)
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
Maintain and update financial records and general ledger accounts.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
Monitor and process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile accounts and manage cash flow effectively.
- Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws.
Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
Assist in internal and external audits.
- Financial System & Process Improvement
Utilize financial software (e.g., SAP, Excel) for efficient accounting.
Optimize financial procedures and internal controls.
Support automation and digitization of financial processes.
- Budgeting & Financial Analysis
Assist in budget planning and cost control.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
Identify financial risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Willing to work in Bentong, Pahang.
- Preferably mandarin speaker
- Degree in Finance / Accounting or any related field
