How to become a Customer Engineer
At least a diploma in engineering is required for this role, with degree holders and professional engineers being preferred.
- 1.Complete SPM with at least 3Cs in mathematics, science, and English.
- 2.Pursue a diploma or degree in engineering.
- 3.Register as a Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
- 4.Gain three years of work experience, preferably in roles involving customer service, including one year of professional career development training under the supervision of a Senior Engineer.
- 5.Register as a Professional Engineer with the BEM.
