- Helping to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timelines and budgets.
- Performing various administrative duties such as maintaining project documents and monitoring deadlines.
- Facilitating effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of team meetings and presentations.
- Compiling and analysing project data to report on project progress.
- Assisting with issue and risk identification and providing solutions where possible.
How to become a Project Assistant
