Quality Assurance Managers determine quality standards and procedures in an organisation. Quality Assurance Managers write the documentation needed for employees so they can adhere to these standards. They may also be in charge of reports and can be the contact person if a company is applying for a certain ISO ( International Organization for Standardization) certification.

How to become a Quality Assurance Manager
