Tasks and duties
- Setting up physical or virtual storefronts and shopping environments.
- Conceptualising store promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Soliciting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinating with inventory, maintenance, and procurement teams.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving disputes.

How to become a Retail Executive
To work as a Retail Executive, a bachelor degree in commerce, marketing, business administration or related field and some experience in the retail industry are required.
