What's it like to be a Trainer?

How to become a Trainer
Most Trainers have a bachelor degree in human resource management, communication, or business administration. Industry experience may be beneficial.
- 1.Complete undergraduate studies in a relevant field such as human resource management, communication, or business administration. Some organisations may require higher qualification or certification.
- 2.Get certified as a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. For this, you will need to take the Train-the-Trainer course. Certification is valid for three years.
- 3.You may also acquire accreditation through the HRD Corp TTT Exemption which assesses applicants based on certification, qualification, or experience.
- 4.Consider improving your skills with advanced training courses or postgraduate studies.
