    The good thingsLots of emphasis on work life balance. The management strongly encourages it, and you can work from home as long as you get your work done. Tea break everyday at 4pm.
    The challengesLots of office politics. Lots of gossip flying around, and news travel faster than you can imagine. But as long as you ignore them and do your work then nothing bad will happen to you.

    Amazing Startup With Talented Individuals
    The good thingsThe company can still be considered as a startup as it's fairly new. The management tries their level best to provide much for the employees. Facilities are provided such as a massive pantry equipped with a mini oven, microwaves, water and Nespresso machines, biscuits, and much more! The office is equipped with comfortable workstations for employees. Chairs which you usually find at department heads desks, and couches, beanbags and silo stations to work in comfort. The work environment is extremely fast-paced. An employee is given opportunities to learn and grow along with the company.
    The challengesTo date, i've not encountered any issues with the company apart from having materials at the ready to help learn about the the job. But that's excusable as the company is still new.
