    The challengesAs a sales, the management keep reviewing new budget until April or May, what a funny goal setting strategy. Better to calculate your sales target and quickly work on it instead of wasting time waiting.

    The challengesI can't fully disclose, I don't have my own equipment to do "setup" work. I need more time to learn and learn to solve machine problems. I need a "setup" job monitor from a leader or someone who is capable of doing "setup" work so there is no damage to the mold

    The good thingsGood environment and nice colleagues, can learn a lot and gain valuable working experience due to the fast pace working culture. Organizes frequent gatherings to promote employee engagement. Friendly bosses and a lot of working empowerment, the employees are encouraged to work independently. Good perks for sales employees.
    The challengesDifficult to get acknowledgement from the management for the hard work and effort that you have put in especially if you are in a support function. The company usually hires contract employees for support functions and chances that you will remain as contractual staff for as long as ever. Stressful environment towards month end closing.

    The challengesHave to manage your politic and taichi skills in this company. Handling internal issues more than external issues - which is not a healthy trend. Many works are done for the sake of doing, and for the purpose of reporting to upper level. This cause lower efficiency in work and incompetent compared to the market.
