    The good thingsLearn new things, improve my mechanical skill. Learn part of machine and how it working, process. Have employees help each other (good teamwork). Learn and recognize daily work equipment. Learn and recognize type of mold. How to adjust winding and solve machine problem
    The challengesI can't fully disclose, I don't have my own equipment to do "setup" work. I need more time to learn and learn to solve machine problems. I need a "setup" job monitor from a leader or someone who is capable of doing "setup" work so there is no damage to the mold
