    Good place for engineer to grow
    The good thingsFor engineers, here is the best place for you to grow. If you have a project/idea, bring it to the boss, he will review and give approval if the project can yield good results and productivity. Organizational structure is good, you will have sufficient team to support operation and execute projects. Environmental aspect is the utmost importance, along with productivity and safety. ISO14000 and 45000 is established for every dept, it helps to organize your work. Wage is relatively high for experienced engineer. Yearly increment is reliable.
    The challengesYou have to be very analytical, to treat different waste everyday. It can be achieved easily but require a bit trial and error (small scale first)

    The good thingsNothing much since it's just waste schedule plant.
    The challenges1.Urgent purchase since there was no planning in this factory. Suddenly become so urgent due to poor management. 2.Management & operations team didn't aligned together results so many barriers and communication errors due to the goals are not matching each other's. 3.Management lack of communication more emphasize to threatening than advising or guide subordinate.
