    Fast paced career growth
The good thingsThe colleagues are supportive of each other although everyone have sale target to achieve. It can be stressful to hit sales but the management is clear about every month's direction for us to achieve. Management open to feedbacks and open discussions too. Good place to start to pick up skills and fast growth in career path.
The challengesNeed to achieve the sales KPI each month. Customer service is placed very importantly so it can be quite stressful facing demanding customers while working.

    Negative Atmosphere and Bad Management
The good thingsEnjoyed working with nice colleagues
The challengesThere's no organised training given. If you're new, the existing staff who is the same position as you will tell you how to do things which is what they call as training. There's no strict enforcement on do's and don'ts making all of them to be not discipline and simply follow their own rules. The management only cares about making money and not the well-being of the staff.

A good start for fresh grad!
The good things- The pay for studio consultant range from 3-4k (include commission) which a good pay for starter. - If you hit your sales KPI and be consistent in it, it's easy to rank up. Meaning more money and better pay. - Get the chance to participate in overseas project if you are a top performer. - There are transport and performance allowances. - If you are a chef or someone thats passionate in cooking and baking, these place will give definitely teach you a lot.
The challenges- The staff benefits are not as good compared to other MNC company. Meaning not much benefits provided. Not many claims can be made either. - For a long term career growth is definitely not suitable as the pay gets lower (in average comparison to other MNC company) as you climb up the career ladder. - You work in shift just like any other retail/ operation worker. Meaning you have morning and afternoon shifts. Schedule is not fixed and yes will need to work during weekends and public holidays following operation labour law. - Lesser annual leaves comparing to other company. - Work environment can be very draining and competitive as it is a sales driven company.

    unprofessional management attitude
The good thingsJob may sound interesting due to the well known brands all around the world, however KL office is very new and small
The challengesPay is comparably low for the experienced staff, and overall benefits are terrible. Irresponsible and unprofessional attitude of the management and staff from the HQ office. Arrogant, calls or emails also purposely do not entertain

Good opportunity to improve and grow
The good thingsi really enjoy working here because everybody is very positive minded, good energy surrounding, having good bond with the customers/ members. always be appreciated having all these great people around me. very helpful, kind and tolerate with each other. Because sometimes Sales can be very challenging but so you kind of need all these supports around you. career growth yes, if you perform well, you will be given better opportunity and rank up.
The challengesTo be honest the challenges for me to work here is only need to keep on improving on sales part and customer service. because these 2 things is the key on doing your job, or your kpi.
