    disaster, bias, no proper SOP guideline, Startup company even though it is almost 5 years
    The good thingsNone, Need to begging for a bonus, No commission for sales who they called as admin only
    The challengesLiase directly with bosses but then will get interrupt with acct manager. Bosses sometimes get control by acct manager, bosses doesn't have clear vission on what happen. No salary increament, no promotion, nothing.
